A Place to Turn Welcomes Clients Back

A Place to Turn- a food bank that serves 20 towns in the MetroWest area, including Framingham- welcomes clients back into its newly renovated space.

A Place to Turn- a food pantry that serves 20 towns in the greater MetroWest area, including Framingham- is welcoming clients back into it's newly renovated space. In addition to fresh foods like poultry and produce, they offer an array of personal care products, such as diapers.

A Place to Turn Executive Director Joanne Barry and her team raised over half a million dollars for their capital campaign, which made the renovation and expansion possible. She says it was necessary to accommodate a growing need within the community.

A Place to Turn provides its clients with a weeks worth of food, once a month. All you need is to provide proof of address in the MetroWest area. They are open Monday and Wednesday from 4:30PM to 6:30PM, and Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30am to 12:30pm. They also shared with us that they have coordinators on staff who speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
