The third week of October is recognized as Massachusetts STEM Week. Started back in 2018, the initiative aims to boost awareness, engagement, and interest in the Science, Technology, Mathematics, and Engineering fields.
This year’s STEM Week theme was “STEM Starts Now,” as residents of all ages were encouraged to get involved with STEM.
The Frame paid a visit to the Christa McAuliffe Center at Framingham State University to see how students of all ages are learning more about STEM.
The mission of Access Framingham is to engage, serve, and enrich the community by developing programming by and for the people of Framingham, providing educational opportunities, and facilitating the exchange of ideas and information through traditional and new media.
