Question 4 on the 2024 Massachusetts ballot, if passed, would permit certain natural psychedelic substances that are plant-based to be used by people 21 and older. Those drugs would be issued under licensed supervision at therapy centers, while eligible residents would be allowed to possess and grow a limited amount of those substances. The law would create a commission and advisory board to monitor and regulate who’s licensed to distribute the drugs.
